- 5+ years experience in a technical role (software development, technical support, QA etc.)
- Programming experience in at least one of: Java, C, or .NET
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong personal commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to take initiative in a dynamic working environment.
- Willing to provide 24×7 off-hours telephone support approximately one week per month
- Experience with messaging protocols/products: JMS, MQTT, REST, AMQP, Kafka, MQ, EMS
- Experience with cloud computing environments: AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenStack, Cloud Foundry, etc.
- Experience with TCP networking, concepts, and troubleshooting
- Unix/Linux System Administration
